1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InterviewRadar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

InterviewRadar is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides mock interviews, performance evaluation, personalized feedback, and study plans to help users prepare for technical job interviews.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use InterviewRadar.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free Plan: Limited to 2 interview sessions. Easy and Medium difficulty only.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited sessions, all difficulties, video mode, live AI interview, and advanced features. Billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly as selected.
• Plan features may change with prior notice to users.
• Free plan sessions cannot be carried over or transferred.

5. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to your account.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
• Failed payments may result in downgrade to the free plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or content.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate scores or bypass anti-cheat mechanisms.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on InterviewRadar, including AI-generated questions, feedback, study plans, and platform design, is the property of InterviewRadar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your interview answers and personal data remain your property. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide our services.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Interview questions, evaluations, and study plans are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or complete. InterviewRadar does not guarantee that using our platform will result in a job offer. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

InterviewRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
