Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: Refunds are only available when payment is deducted from your account but the purchased plan is not activated.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • Payment was successfully deducted from your bank account, card, UPI, wallet, or other payment method.
  • The purchased InterviewRadar plan was not activated on your account.
  • You contact us with the payment details needed to verify the transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Payments for plans that were successfully activated on your account.
  • Requests based on change of mind, accidental purchase, or non-use of the plan.
  • Partial refunds for unused time, sessions, or features.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.
  • Free plan - no payment involved, no refund applicable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@hireiq.in with subject: "Refund Request - [your email]"
  2. Include your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID.
  3. Include a screenshot or bank reference showing the payment deduction, if available.

We will verify whether the payment was deducted and the plan was not activated. If eligible, refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a plan is purchased and activated, it cannot be cancelled.
  • No refunds are provided after successful plan activation.
  • No cancellation or refund is available for unused time, sessions, or features.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails and no amount is deducted from your account, no refund is applicable. You can retry payment at any time from the pricing page. If the amount is deducted but your plan is not activated, contact us for verification.

6. Razorpay Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds will appear in your account based on Razorpay and your bank's processing timelines after the refund is approved.
